While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. The hosts responded quickly when we arrived to find our room was not yet cleaned by check in time. Though it was inconvenient they had a cleaning crew there very quickly to fix the issue. I would rent from these hosts again because of their quick response. Once clean the condo was nice. It is perfect for a short stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. It could use a new couch is my only suggestion. We appreciated the started pack of supplies.

The place did not look like the pictures. There was hair in the bathroom and in shower. There was food in the ice bucket in the freezer. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the couches. Definitely needs an upgrade. Thought it was a no smoking building?? The smell of smoke was horrible as you were trying to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Great location, only steps away from the beach and grocery store walking distance across the street. It's an older condo building, but unit was clean and orderly. For a one night get away with the grandkids it was sufficient. The unit didn't have some of the amenities one have come to expect from an Airbnb rental, i.e. pot holder/mitten/dish cloth to remove hot pans out of the oven, a couple of coffee filters, a coffee pod or two for Keurig, etc. would have been nice.

The condo was in great condition and looked like the pictures. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and great restaurants. In addition, everyone in the building was super friendly. Zach was amazing. He was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we loved it and look forward to booking next year.
