A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. ❗ Each property has its own set of house rules. We had a great stay, the condo was very clean & well put together. Only complaint is the shower is a little small but there’s nothing they can do about that considering other air bnb’s we’ve tried in that building is the same. Very helpful and responsive host!

Zach gave clear instructions for check in and out which was very helpful when arriving late. The condo was clean and had the amenities listed. We had some issues with the tv's being unplugged and not connected but we figured those out and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom made noise but again we made do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and having the bus stop at the door was very helpful.

Such a warm, clean and comfortable condo. You cannot beat the views at sunset! And you are just steps from the beach! Zach was super responsive and accommodating. We loved our first trip to Ocean City, and look forward to returning soon!

We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. It’s designed for privacy instead of looking at other balconies next to you. The area felt safe. We appreciated overnight security. The beach is very close as pictured.

Great place to stay. It is plenty of room for a family of 4. The hot water in the master bathroom does not get very hot. Other than that it’s a really great condo.

The place is beautiful with a great view! The only issue we had was the host wanted to charge extra for an early check in. With the amount of money it cost to rent this condo, there should not be an additional fee for early check in. It should be offered if it is ready, but we could get in until 4.

What a week…this place is in a perfect OC location. The condo is very spacious for a family of 4. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. 3 elevators were helpful on a holiday week stay. Beach access was perfect. Zach was helpful and super responsive. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Spent a long weekend here and it was amazing. Easy walk to the beach and the room was amazing. Didn’t feel like all four of us were on top of each other. It is an amazing location with restaurants and other things to do either at walking distance or a quick drive. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will stay here again in the near future!
