Please keep in mind that coastal living sometimes brings shifting weather, nearby construction, or local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but some outdoor elements are unavoidable in Ocean City. If anything seems off — an appliance issue, a maintenance need, or anything unexpected — please notify us immediately. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we always do our best to resolve them quickly. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before your arrival, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. A $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Ocean City enforces strict noise ordinances. The building was centrally located to everything we needed - grocery, restaurants, 7-11, fun activities for the kids, and most importantly the beach. Unfortunately the weather was poor and we did not get to enjoy the pool but it looked amazing!! Tons of deck space and chairs to spread out.

We booked last minute for a weekend getaway. Good location, close to the beach and resturants/bars. Someone parked in our assigned spot for hours but building security found us another spot temporarily. We didnt have hot water, but after contacting the host it was fixed later that night.
