While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. We really enjoyed our stay here! Amazing view from the balcony. The space was very clean and matched the description and photos. We didn’t notice the elevator until after we lugged our many bags upstairs but that was nice to have as well. The location is great - very walkable to the main road and easy to catch the bus. Quick walk to the beach, it also wasn’t a busy access point so it almost felt like we had our own private beach. The beach wagon was super helpful to use as well and having the washer/dryer/drying rack was very convenient. Couches and bed were very comfortable. Overall we had an amazing week here and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great trip! The condo was exactly as described and when we arrived it was very clean and we felt right at home! Zach and Alex were great hosts and always responded quickly to my questions. At one point we needed the vacuum and discovered it was not working. Alex sent a replacement which arrived the next day- impressive! The location is perfect and it was only steps to the beach. The balcony has a great view of the ocean. We would definitely come back and can’t recommend Ocean City Vacation Homes enough. Thanks!

The place was great, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful view and easy beach access. More quiet than the hustle and bustle of boardwalk but easy to get to any restaurants. Host was kind and responsive. Would stay again!
