While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful place- easy access- most part clean but could use better vacuum as we found lots of sand on the floor when we arrived and the vacuum that was there didn’t really do well. Everything else was good and would definitely stay in this condo again

Amazing location right on the boardwalk with stunning ocean views. The extra-large balcony, accessible from both the living room and master suite, was the highlight for us. We ended up getting to watch a surf competition from the balcony and being able to hear the waves crash while in bed was so peaceful. Check-in was seamless with the smart lock, and Zach was a kind and communicative host. As parents traveling with a toddler, we loved the simple minimalist decor. Without lots of fragile trinkets or clutter, we didn’t have to worry about our little one getting into things, which made the stay so much more relaxing. The only small addition that would have made the stay even better would be a TV in the room with the double beds. It would be a great touch for guests who want to spread out and relax separately or unwind in bed while watching something. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would totally stay here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights for an early start to spring break. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. One of the first things that we noticed when we came in to the unit was how great it smelled! It just smelled so fresh and clean. Everything so clean from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the linen in the bedrooms. The hosts provided plenty of towels and linen to include blankets for the sofas. The location of the unit couldn't have been better and it was so easy to get into the apartment with no seperate check in at another building. There is an elevator conveniently located right near the parking and everything was so accessible from where we were. Because we came so early in the spring, the weather was definitely too cold to enjoy the beach but this condo definitely made our trip so enjoyable ans absolutely worth whole for what it was. It didn't matter if it was cold outside because we felt right at home and then some. We can't wait to book again for this summertime!
