While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. We LOVED our stay! Zach was awesome with any questions i had! Location was perfect , place was so clean.. i cannot say enough about our stay!! Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early due to extreme weather.. but we will definitely be back and rent from Zack again!!!!!

The place was great and so was the view! Watched surfers ride waves all day from the balcony and sunrise shined through the entire condo. The inside was very clean, and spacious. All of the amenities were great (free designated parking, locker in garage with several beach chairs and umbrella, 1.5 bathrooms and plenty of towels and in-condo washer/dryer). Location was nice with walkable restaurants and retail locations. The only issues (but weren't really issues) were that the beds were firmer than I would of liked and the elevator did not work (but luckily was only on the 2nd floor and wasn't that big of a deal, nor was it an actual problem/issue of the rental condo).

This is a wonderful unit. Everything is tastefully decorated like a home. The owners left thoughtful touches to make you feel at home right away, such as a coffee bar, games, etc. It is very, very clean and the linens were good quality. There are excellent views from the 2nd floor balcony and getting to the beach only takes a minute. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Salty Sands 202.

Absolutely stunning ocean view! There is a private little sandy path on the side of the building, a minute walk or less to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, a big one bedroom. The kitchen had great amenities. We especially appreciated the fully stocked Keurig. We were sad to only have visited for one night. We will absolutely return. Our host happened to help us with our bags on our way in, and gave us a delicious bottle of wine. We appreciated his hospitality. Thanks again! We miss OC already.

My wife and I chose this place for our 22nd anniversary. We enjoyed the beachfront view from the private balcony and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the chairs and umbrella as well. Plenty to do nearby and not far to drive to the boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed from Saturday to Friday and it was amazing! The elevator luggage carriers were so helpful! The view was amazing. If you like to cook at home instead of ordering/going out, bring your spices and extras. They had all the pans and everything else you would need! The beds were super comfortable and having laundry available was great! No need to do laundry when you get home. The location was readily available to grocery stores, restaurants, and package stores. The bus stop to the board walk was right there if you don’t feel like driving. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will be back next summer!

We had a wonderful stay! We’ve been coming to Ocean City for several years now and this is by far one of the best locations we’ve stayed at. Right on the beach in a quiet area of town and close to everything we wanted to do. The place had everything we needed and Zack was very responsive.

My family and I stayed for a dance competition. It was the perfect location being walkable to the convention center. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. The condo was very clean. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends and family!

The condo was a comfortable and clean place to stay. Things are very well thought out with things like extra charging ports in the outlets, hangers, 4 beach chairs/umbrella in the downstairs locker, more than enough starter products like dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully equipped & the keurig was very useful! The beach is literally down the short path and we could see which spot we wanted to pick from our balcony. Sunrises are also a bonus! Lots of eateries are within walking distance though driving is also easy to navigate around the main strip. The building is generally quiet. Parking was not an issue, though beachgoers would sometimes take the assigned spot due to no numbers in the spots. It was a great beach front property that's walkable to the Convention Center and we'd definitely consider staying again! Thank you!
