A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. This place was exactly what was pictured. We were so close to the beach for sunrises and a fall walk. We were close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy the Sunfest that was going on. Sitting by the ocean having breakfast on the balcony was breathtaking. Just what we needed to get away and relax.

We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend stating in this apartment. The instructions we were given about the apartment were easy to follow. The pictures online were exactly what was there. The view from the balcony was perfect and we were able to easily access the beach. There were many restaurants and stores within walking distance and getting to the boardwalk area was an easy drive. This was our first trip to Ocean City and it did not disappoint.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. Super cute, super clean, organized and with a view that’s breathtaking. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It felt very homey. The host was incredible. Very friendly and always very responsive and available for questions. Next time we go back to OC we will definitely be staying here again.

This was my first Airbnb rental experience and it exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing and I loved being beachfront with a balcony facing the ocean. Even while cooking in the kitchen I was gazing out to the water! The kitchen was great for family meals and had plenty of seating. Loved the variety of K-cups that were already there-nice touch! The condo felt extremely private. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was perfect! Having beach chairs and an umbrella in the storage unit was so helpful. I can’t say enough about this rental property! I will definitely reserve again for my next beach trip!
