While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. ❗ Each property has its own set of house rules. The place was perfect for two of us, the area was great, it was near everything and about a two minute walk to the beach. The host was super attentive and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay!

Very convenient to the beach and places to do things after the beach. I had everything we needed to cook dinner/eat in. The kitchen items were good quality. There were plenty of towels to use and the washer and dryer worked very well. They even supplied a drying rack for clothing. The porch out back was a nice addition to enjoy the evenings at the picnic style table. I would stay there again.

The rental was as described. We rented at peak season so we paid peak rate. The room was ready early, but they dont allow checking in before 4pm unless you pay an even higher rate. $85 to check in an hour earlier. The location is very convenient and so much was within walking distance such as the beach, Seacrets, great restaurants, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The beds were ok, the pull out was not comfortable at all. But they were clean and we felt safe. The water pressure in the shower was sufficient but the shower curtain was very moldly and way overdue for a replacement. Everything that we used worked. The instructions provided for check in/out were clear and easy. The host was very responsive and informed us that a maintenance worker would be coming to service the dishwasher during our stay. All went well.
