While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Great host. Very communicative with clear instructions. Only a street over from the boardwalk and beach. Comes with gated parking spot,huge plus. The condo is clean and well maintained. Beds were comfrotable and has private deck. Great stay overall.

The place was very nice and the photos were spot on. The deck was very nice. The only thing being a senior citizen, there was no elevator. This was my fault, should have checked.

The condo was greatly situated. Lots of activities at walking distance. The beach is 1 block away and so easy to get to. The gated building access was very convenient with the private parking under the building allowing us to keep beach gears in the car without any concern. In the Condo, everything you need was there, some stuffs a little outdated but fonctionnel, like patio door tough to open, sofa a little old. Overall great price for the extremely well located condo. We had lots of fun and would definitely rent again.

Prime location one block away from boardwalk for a very good price. No problems with noise from surroundings and felt very safe. Being able to park in the garage was nice. Had all the basic amenities and place was very clean.
