This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. It was a very nice condo. Ground floor location was perfect so we didn’t have to climb stairs or wait for an elevator. Place was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

The host responded quickly. It was a quiet area and they had a mini starter kit with soap and tissues. We arrived an hour early because we did not hit traffic like we thought. The cleaners were gone, but they still would not let us in until 4:00. The parking passes were inside the room so it was a little inconvenient that we had to drive around 4:00 on the dot. The room could use a deep cleaning because there’s stuff on the walls and stains on the floors. The mattresses are also stained and a few stains on the sheets. Overall, the place wasn’t horrible. It was a nice place for two nights. I would recommend deep cleaning the place and being a little flexible with check in.

We checked in on Wednesday August 6th, 2025. The place was clean and well set up for us. There were only a couple of small things wrong and they were not big enough to bother us. I did note them so there would be no confusion as to what they were, I made a short video. But overall the place was clean, well set up, and nice for our vacation. We did not have to contact anyone as nothing went wrong. We did not use the washer and dryer so I can't comment on that, and we did the dishes up by hand so I cannot comment on the dishwasher either. Everything else worked fine and we had a good time. The car passes were there as were the pool passes. We made sure they were replaced when we checked out. All in all I would rate this a 4.5 out of 5 and would stay there again.
