While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Condo overall was clean. The shower curtains and liners were moldy though. The property maintenance decided to cutout and remove the stucco from the front of the condo at 9am. The section was 3 feet high by about 6 feet long. You can imagine the noise it made waking us up. This should have been done when the unit wasn’t rented.

Perfect location. Had one minor hiccup when se arrived- but the host responded with in seconds and then fixed it immediately. Very responsive- great location, amenities and furniture. Would return!

The place was the perfect size for the 4 of use who stayed there. It’s within walking distance of plenty of stuff to do. It was clean and the balcony was awesome because it was big enough for all 4 of us to sit out there.

The home was just as described, we had a small issue when we arrived. The owner was very responsive and showed up right away. I would highly recommend! Especially if you’re a fan of seacrets! It’s literally right next door but you can not hear the music or anything, very accommodating.

Had a fantastic stay. Super responsive Host! From before our trip to after. Home was clean and comfortable. Close to many places. Was amazing to sit and watch the sea turtles and jellyfish in the lagoon while drinking my morning coffee. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Looking forward to our next trip.

The property has potential for a five-star rating, however, certain refinements are necessary. Consequently, I would land between 3.2 and 3.5 stars. The location and value are very good. Communication with OCVH was consistent. However, discrepancies were noted in early check-in quotes with no response from OCVH when asked. The property was generally clean and presentable upon arrival. Areas for improvement include attention to detail and a few simple amenities. Despite the provision of dishwasher pods, a dishwasher is not available. Furthermore, the kitchen's equipment is limited. While dishwashing is expected upon departure, essential items such as a dish drain, dish towels, or a drying mat are absent. The available closet pillows had significant staining, and the pullout sofa sheets were stained with bodily fluids and the mattress was quite thin and uncomfortable, even for a child. Addressing these details would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Everything was great! Very clean and great location. It felt larger than it was described. You can check in early for a fee. We chose not to but it’s a guarantee if needed. Linens were also included as well as a starter kit which lasts well for a shorter stay. The only downfall was the stall shower was very small. I’m only 4’11 and it felt tiny to me. Other than that everything was great!

The description of the unit was spot on. The shower to the master is a little small, but it’s it’s OK for vacation. Places extremely close to secrets which is a very popular place so it made for a short walk home.
